Zoning Hearing Board of The Borough of New Berlin will hold a hearing on Monday, August 5th, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the New Berlin Community Center, 318 Vine Street, New Berlin, Pennsylvania, to hear the application of: CHRISTINE BENFER, who requests a special exception under Section 402 of the New Berlin Borough Zoning Ordinance to convert 294 sq. feet of the residence situate at 612 Market Street, New Berlin, Pennsylvania, in the V-2 Zoning District of the Borough, to a home occupation business/lite commercial classification AND a variance from Section 608 of the New Berlin Borough Zoning Ordinance to erect a double-sided professional sign up to 6 sq. feet in size.
