NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing
Board of The Borough of New Berlin will hold a
hearing on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, at 7:00
p.m. at the New Berlin Community Center, 318 Vine
Street, New Berlin, Pennsylvania to hear the
application of: DAVID J BENJO, who requests who
requests a special exception under Section 402 of the
New Berlin Borough Zoning Ordinance regarding
special exception permitted use of the property to
operate a cat rescue situate at 200 Market Street,
New Berlin, Pennsylvania, in the V-2 Zoning District
of the Borough AND a variance from Zoning
Ordinance Page 6-10 regarding Water Supply and
Sewerage Facilities required AND Zoning Ordinance
Page 6-5 Section A, regarding required off street
parking
The Board will also consider any other business that
comes before it in due course. All interested parties
may attend this hearing and will be given an
