The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of New Berlin will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the New Berlin Community Center, 318 Vine Street, New Berlin, Pennsylvania, to consider the application of XAE M. Cheverez-Pagan. The applicant is requesting a special exception and/or variance pursuant to Section 402 of the New Berlin Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit the operation of a vehicle sales lot with no more than ten (10) vehicles and an associated home-based office at the property located at 222 High Street, New Berlin, Pennsylvania, situated within the Borough’s V-2 Zoning District. No vehicle repair, maintenance, or servicing activities are proposed to occur on the premises.
The Zoning Hearing Board will consider any other business that may properly come before the Board.
