NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of The Borough of New Berlin will hold a hearing on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the New Berlin Community Center, 318 Vine Street, New Berlin, Pennsylvania to hear the application of: KELLY HEIMBACH, who requests a variance/special exception from the zoning ordinance setback requirements, Section 404 of the New Berlin Zoning Ordinance, to construct a gravel parking area on the property hereinafter known as 606 Spangler, New Berlin, Pennsylvania in the V-1 Zoning District of the Borough.
The Board will also consider any other business that comes before it in due course. All interested parties may attend this hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
